In active addiction, you’ve most likely done things you’re not proud of. There are all kinds of consequences, which can find their way into and wreak havoc in the mind, spirit, feelings and body.

The weight of regret, guilt and shame can truly become like the metaphoric Metal of this phase in the Cycle, and sink to the bottom of one’s being.

How do transform “all of this” so that we can instead take full & healthy responsibility for repair and recovery?

This must include self-forgiveness.
