We all play certain Roles, and wear them like a mask, to protect the most vulnerable and injured aspects of ourselves.

Sometimes, these Roles become so entrenched we don’t even remember we’re playing them.

Sometimes, these Roles become so prominent that others think they are “me.”

Sometimes, these Roles become so important that I come to believe they are “me.”

In this Lesson, we bring awareness to the fact that these Roles indeed serve a purpose, but is that purpose still serving you and your recovery?
